1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser that allow a website or embedded service to recognize your device between pages and visits. This site also uses local storage, which keeps similar preferences in your browser without sending them with every request.

2. Your Cookie Choice

On your first visit, a banner offers Reject all, Customise and Accept all with equal prominence. Nothing optional loads before you choose. Your choice is remembered for 180 days, after which we ask again.

You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Necessary storage is always active because the site cannot work without it. Functional storage stays off until you opt in. Turning an optional category off reloads the page so its scripts stop running.

Zoho's cookies are set and read by Zoho under its own policies. We do not receive the contents of those cookies. Zoho's retention periods are described in the Zoho Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies Not Used

No analytics cookies or scripts — this site runs no analytics.
No advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies.
No pixels, session recording, or heatmap tools.

The consent banner still lists an Analytics category so the same preference dialog can be used across Multisystems sites. On revenuesystems.app that category loads nothing and there is nothing to switch on.

5. Third-Party Services

The only third-party services on this site are the Zoho chat widget and the Zoho Bookings calendar. Neither is requested until you grant functional consent, apart from the booking calendar when you explicitly press "Load calendar".

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can also block or delete cookies for this site through your browser's privacy settings. Blocking Zoho's cookies resets the chat session between pages; blocking Zoho Bookings' may prevent the demo booking calendar from loading. Because the site records your choice in rs_consent, clearing all cookies makes the consent banner appear again on your next visit.

7. Changes to This Policy

Any new service that sets cookies will be added to the table above, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
