1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of revenuesystems.app (the "Site"), operated by Multisystems. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Relationship to the Multisystems Terms of Service

Use of the Revenue Systems application, including account creation, subscriptions, billing, and termination, is governed by the Multisystems Terms of Service, accepted when you create the shared Multisystems account. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Multisystems Terms of Service with respect to the application, the Multisystems Terms of Service control.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site;
  • probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities, or circumvent any security measure;
  • use the Site for any unlawful or misleading purpose.

You may link to any page of the Site without prior permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, design, trademarks, and software of the Site are owned by Multisystems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brief excerpts may be quoted with attribution. Reproduction, modification, or republication of the Site's content beyond that requires prior written consent.

5. Informational Content; No Professional Advice

Content published on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or revenue management advice. Results from revenue management software depend on each property, market, and operator, and no specific outcome is promised. Where the Site cites third-party research or industry figures, the source is identified, and vendor-supplied claims are attributed to the vendor.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multisystems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability relating to the Revenue Systems application is governed by the limitation of liability provisions of the Multisystems Terms of Service.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including booking platforms, research sources, and other Multisystems products. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Multisystems is not responsible for their content.

9. Mobile Communications (SMS)

By providing your telephone number and checking the SMS consent box in a form on the Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Multisystems, including responses to your inquiries and demo scheduling. Providing a phone number and consenting to messages is always optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan. Multisystems is not responsible for carrier charges incurred for messages you have consented to receive.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and reply HELP for assistance. Opt-in and opt-out are both handled on the same phone number our messages are sent from. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, consistent with the governing-law provisions of the Multisystems Terms of Service. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

Material changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
