1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and protected on revenuesystems.app (the "Site"), operated by Multisystems. Revenue Systems is a Multisystems product. Data processed within the Revenue Systems application and the shared Multisystems account is governed by the Multisystems Privacy Policy, which forms part of this policy by reference.

2. Information We Collect

The Site does not require an account and does not include registration forms. We collect information in the following limited circumstances:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, message, and — only if you choose to provide it — your telephone number. The phone field is always optional.
• Correspondence. Information you choose to include when contacting us at contact@multisystems.ai.
• Live chat. Messages submitted through the chat widget, processed as described in Section 4.
• Server logs. Standard technical data recorded by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the Site is used to respond to your inquiries, schedule product demonstrations, and operate and secure the Site. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The Site does not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking pixels.

4. Third-Party Services

The Site uses the following third-party services:

• Zoho SalesIQ provides the live chat widget. Chat messages are processed by Zoho under the Zoho Privacy Policy.
• Cal.com provides the demo booking calendar. Booking details, including any phone number you enter, are processed by Cal.com under the Cal.com Privacy Policy.
• Vercel hosts the Site and maintains standard server logs.

5. Cookies

The Site sets no first-party cookies. Cookies set by the embedded third-party services above are described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Data in the Revenue Systems Application

Business data you submit to the Revenue Systems application — rates, occupancy, and property data — is governed by the Multisystems Privacy Policy. That policy provides, among other commitments, that business data is processed only within your account, that personal information is not sold or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes, and that customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models without explicit written consent.

7. SMS & Text Messaging

When you provide your telephone number in a form on the Site — or while booking a demo — and check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Multisystems related to your inquiry and demo scheduling. Providing a phone number and consenting to messages is always optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and reply HELP for assistance. Opt-in and opt-out are both handled on the same phone number our messages are sent from. You may also contact privacy@multisystems.ai to withdraw consent.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Requests may be submitted to privacy@multisystems.ai.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
